Coordinator for Youth Mentorship Programme

ForumCiv Eastern Europe (located in Vilnius, Lithuania) is hiring a Youth Mentorship Programme Coordinator starting September 1, 2025.

The mentorship programme will be directed at young people, specifically young women and LGBTQI+ persons, supporting their growth through guidance and empowerment.

The role includes coordinating mentors and mentees, organizing online check-ins, and keeping the programme on track.

We’re looking for someone organized, people-friendly, confident with digital tools, and fluent in Belarusian, Russian, and English for daily communication. Experience in coordinating mentoring or youth programmes would be highly valued.

Flexible work (10–15 hrs/week) with a monthly remuneration (stipend/salary depending on arrangement) is offered. Duration: 6 months.
