EaP Network intern

About the role
Are you passionate about global development and civil society? ForumCiv is seeking an intern to support the Swedish Network for the Eastern Partnership (EaP). The Network, comprising 37 Swedish civil society organisations, promotes cross-border collaboration, knowledge exchange, and policy advocacy at the EU and Swedish levels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in organizing conferences, networking events, and exchange visits.
- Support the development of advocacy materials and policy briefs.
- Contribute to communication efforts, including newsletters and social media.
- Help coordinate capacity development workshops for civil society organizations.
Location and duration
The internship is based in Stockholm and runs full-time, partially online, from March to June 2025. This is an unpaid position, best suited for students or those in job support programmes.

About you
Required:
- Studies in political science, international relations, human rights, communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in civil society, democratic governance, and international development.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with administrative tasks and event coordination.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with advocacy strategies and policy engagement.
- Knowledge of the EaP region.
