Short Term Consultancy for running of ForumCiv’s Leadership Academy in Kenya

ForumCiv is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced institution/consultant to run the Leadership Academy for 6 months from July 2024 to December 2024. 

The  Leaders Academy is a unique opportunity for ambitious young individuals to develop essential leadership skills, gain practical experience, and ignite positive change in their communities. Through a combination of workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects, participants will emerge as confident, empowered leaders ready to tackle the challenges of the 21st century. This cohort of 15 young (18-35 years) and energetic participants is anticipated to run for at least 6 months.
