You can hire us through the non-profit organization ForumCiv or via our company ForCiva, depending on the nature of the assignment and your needs. We offer competitive pricing. ForumCiv member organizations are given priority and receive a discount on our services.

Stakeholder consultations with Right(s) Way Forward

We support organizations in placing people and local communities at the center of development processes. ForumCiv has developed the Right(s) Way Forward methodology, a rights-based and structured model for meaningful stakeholder consultations.

The method has grown out of our work with local organizations in diverse contexts and aims to ensure that projects and initiatives:

  • are designed in dialogue with affected people
  • reflect actual needs and priorities
  • address power imbalances and include marginalized groups
  • build legitimacy and long-term sustainability

Handling deviations and suspected corruption

When something goes wrong, a prompt, professional, and transparent response is essential.

Our experienced controllers and advisors have extensive practical experience in investigating deviations and suspected irregularities in complex environments. We offer support in:
