- Be able to make an informed decision about the extent to which their operations are compatible with the programme, thereby deciding whether to apply for funds.
- Be able to assess which part of operations is relevant to apply for and which funding modality would be appropriate.
- Know how to submit applications.
- Take part in some useful considerations for PMEL in partnerships and initiatives.
