About the NextGen Leaders Fellowship:
The NextGen Leaders Fellowship is curated by ForumCiv and implemented jointly with the Strathmore Business School.
This is a unique opportunity for ambitious young individuals to develop essential leadership skills, gain practical experience, network with experienced cross-sector leaders, and ignite positive change in their communities. Through a combination of workshops, mentorship, field visits, and hands-on projects, participants will emerge as confident, empowered, and elevated leaders ready to tackle the challenges of the 21st century. With 3-week-long modules every 2 months, the NextGen Leaders Fellowship will run over 6 months.

We're seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference. Whether you're a young professional, person living with disability, recent graduate or from a marginalised community, if you have a passion for public leadership and a desire to create positive change, we want you to be a part of this programme.
Eligibility criteria:
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the NextGen Leaders Fellowship; Powered by ForumCiv.
- Age: Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Leadership potential: Applicants should demonstrate a clear commitment to leadership and exhibit potential for driving positive change in the society.
- Experience: While prior leadership experience is not mandatory, applicants should showcase involvement in community or extracurricular activities where they have demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Educational background: Applicants should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability: Applicants must commit to participating fully in the program activities for the duration of the program.

Logistics:
ForumCiv will support the logistics pertaining to the academy and some of which include accommodation, meals, workshops, mentorship, and travel related costs where necessary.
