See us, hear us, get to know us! – Voices from the Colombian Andean-Amazonian foothills
The first part includes an overview of the context of the Caquetá region and the Caquetá department, by César Muñoz, ForumCiv's project coordinator from Caquetá.
The five organisations that presented their work are:
- The Corporation for Sustainable Development for the Andean Amazonian foothills, with Edwin Andrés García, who is an environmental engineer.
- The Danubio Reserve with its founder, Iván Salazar, also the Caquetá Paz network with the coordinator of the program, Camila Sánchez.
- The organization Copropeneya, which is the committee of cocoa producers in agroforestry systems of La Unión Peneya in Caquetá, with the cocoa producer Jonathan Molano.
- Corporación Manigua with its coordinator of agri-food projects, Nelson Hoyos.
Other speakers include the international organization Milkywire through their program officer Salomé Oliva and Laura Bonilla, ForumCiv’s regional manager for Latin America and the Caribbean.
